4.2 We will do our best to assess any possible risk for Users from third parties when they use any interactive services provided on Our Website, and We will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service considering those risks. However, We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive services We provide on Our Website, and We expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a User in contravention of our content standard, whether the service is moderated or not.

(e) Any action We deem reasonably appropriate in the circumstances.

We exclude liabilities for all actions we may take in response to breaches of this policy.

7. How this policy may be transferred

7.1 We may at Our discretion transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party, provided this does not adversely affect your rights under these terms.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 If you are a consumer, please note that the terms of this policy, its subject matter and formation, are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties to this Agreement agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If however, you are resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in either resident jurisdiction

8.2 If you are a business, the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
