The 3 C’s Workshop

The 3 C’s Workshop is a free, interactive introduction session delivered at TSOS Unity Hub, Rugby Town Hall.

It helps jobseekers build Competence, Confidence and Communication before taking the next step into employment, training or personal development.

This workshop is built around real conversation, practical reflection and personal accountability. It helps participants understand what may be holding them back, recognise their own value and begin to move forward with greater confidence.

TSOS IMPACT Programme

Build Confidence. Apply Better. Interview Stronger.

The TSOS IMPACT Programme is a practical two-day employability course delivered at TSOS Unity Hub, Rugby Town Hall.

Across two focused training days, participants receive hands-on support with CVs, job applications, AI tools, interview preparation and confidence-building techniques.

The programme is designed to help jobseekers create stronger employment materials, prepare more effectively for interviews and leave with a clear action plan for their next step.
