Start With the Mindset
Then Build the Future
3C’s Workshop
Free weekly workshop helping jobseekers build Competence, Confidence and Communication before taking the next step into employment.
What are the 3 C's?
OVERVIEW
The 3 C’s Workshop is a free, high-energy introduction session delivered at TSOS Unity Hub, Rugby Town Hall.
Designed for Jobcentre Plus referrals, the workshop helps participants understand what may be holding them back, rebuild confidence and take the first steps towards employment, training or personal development.
This is not a lecture. It is an interactive, honest and motivating session built around real conversation, practical reflection and personal accountability.

Build awareness of your skills, strengths and ability to improve through action.

Understand what confidence really is, challenge self-doubt and learn how to move forward even when things feel uncomfortable.

Improve how you present yourself, speak about your strengths and connect with others.
