How TSOS Unity Hub Started

Unity Hub was born from the realisation that Rugby lacked a central place where businesses and the community could access support and guidance without financial constraints.

When COVID hit and we lost our income overnight we were one of those businesses not knowing where we could access support or what that support looked like, just like so many others.

At the heart of Unity Hub is Stefan, a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, media, marketing, compliance, and health & safety. His passion for inspiring the next generation and encouraging personal and professional growth led to the creation of TSOS Group and, ultimately, The Smarter Outsource Service CIC and Unity Hub.

Tracey is the driving force behind Unity Hub’s business solutions and the TSOS Group digital platform, ensuring that business support is accessible and inclusive to everyone. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with local businesses, supporting those in need, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and helping create a more connected and united community.

No rush involved, breaks were available as well as free drinks and snacks. Learnt to public speak and some info about job applications and apprenticeships which was really helpful.
